Equestrian Equipment Garages

The equipment garage is a very useful and hard-working addition to a horse farm. In addition to housing the farm’s machinery, implements and tools, the equipment garage offers an ideal space to add groom’s quarters or a trainer’s apartment.

Living quarters above the garage are safer for the horses than those above or attached to the barn. In general, they’re less expensive to build and easier to permit.

If living quarters are not needed, a lofted equipment garage can provide valuable additional storage for hay and bedding.

King has designed and built many cost-effective garages to store farm machinery and horse trailers, as well as multi-functional garages with living quarters and offices.
